Visiting the B FIELD website does not give us access to records in the Yearprint app.
2. Information, purposes and legal grounds
Website access: The hosting infrastructure may automatically process the IP address, requested page, request time, browser/device information and error or security records sent by your browser. These are used to deliver content, operate the service and prevent abuse. This processing is based on the legitimate interest in providing a secure website, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK Article 5(2)(f)).
Communications: When you email or call us, we process the name, contact details, company/role information, message and attachments you choose to provide, to understand and respond to your request and manage business discussions. This information is collected directly from you, electronically or verbally. For enquiries about a proposal or contract, processing is based on entering into or performing a contract (Article 5(2)(c)); for general enquiries, on the legitimate interest in handling communications (Article 5(2)(f)); and where needed to establish, exercise or protect a right, on Article 5(2)(e).
Legal requests: Necessary identity, contact and request information is processed to handle data subject requests and fulfil legal obligations (Article 5(2)(ç)). Please do not send unnecessary identity documents, health information or other sensitive information through our general contact channels.
3. Service providers and transfers
The website is published through OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure for content delivery and security. Corporate email is hosted on Google Workspace. These providers may process technical access data or email content supplied to them as necessary to deliver their services. Information may be disclosed to competent authorities only where legally required and within the scope of the request.
The international infrastructure of these services may involve processing technical data and email information outside Türkiye. International transfers are subject to the separate requirements of KVKK Article 9. You may contact us for details about the communication channel and service providers involved. Visiting this site, reading this notice or contacting us does not, by itself, constitute explicit consent to an international transfer.
4. Cookies and tracking
The website’s application code contains no analytics, advertising pixels, marketing cookies or visitor profiling tools. The site does not offer accounts, payment forms, newsletter registration or an online contact form. An email link opens your own email application; it does not send us a message unless you choose to send one. See our Cookie policy for details.
5. Retention and security
Communication records are retained for as long as needed to handle the request or business relationship. Where a legal retention obligation or dispute applies, the relevant legal obligations and limitation periods are taken into account. When the purpose and legal grounds for processing no longer apply, records are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Retention of technical logs depends on the settings and processes of the infrastructure service used.
Access to personal data is limited to people who need it for their work. Access security, authorisation and up-to-date technical measures are used. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights under KVKK
Under KVKK Article 11, you may ask whether your personal data is processed; request information about processing; learn its purpose and whether data is used for that purpose; learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met; request that recipients be notified of corrections or deletion; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
7. Requests and contact
For privacy questions, email info@b-field.studio. You may submit a formal KVKK request in writing to our registered address above or through the methods specified in the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Applications to the Data Controller. You may also use an email address that you previously provided to us and that is registered in our systems. We may request only the additional information needed to verify your identity.
Requests are handled as soon as possible according to their nature and within 30 days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board. This notice is not a request for explicit consent. If our processes change, we will update this notice and its revision date.
